Dr. David Bogue is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon with a private practice located in Boca Raton, Florida. Having grown up in Michigan, Dr. Bogue graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Michigan. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Michigan as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. During his time as a medical student at the University of Michigan, Dr. Bogue pursued a future career in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery by conducting research, publishing in The Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal, and even traveling to London, England where he apprenticed under plastic surgeons at The Royal Free Hospital.
Following his Doctorate of Medicine, Dr. Bogue began his Plastic Surgery Residency training at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC. He served as Chief Resident of the Georgetown Limb Center focusing on complex wound and reconstructive procedures. During his Chief Resident year, he was selected Plastic Surgery Administrative Chief Resident by the faculty in the Georgetown Department of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Bogue specializes in breast reconstruction, facial trauma, and cosmetic surgery of the face, breast, and body.
Dr. Bogue moved to south Florida in 2008 with his lovely wife and family to enjoy the weather, fishing, and to establish himself as one of the premier plastic surgeons in Boca Raton. As his patients can surely attest, Dr. Bogue brings a warm and caring attitude to his plastic surgery practice in Boca Raton where patient safety, respect, and surgical excellence are his top priorities.
