69 year old woman with previous breast augmentation in the 1980’s. The right breast implant was ruptured and the scar tissue was hard and painful. On the left side, the breast tissue was hanging off of the implant. A revision augmentation and breast lift was performed using Mentor saline implants filled to 240cc and circumverticalmastopexies. The results were symmetric breast implants with appropriately positioned nipples.
