57 yo female with an enlarging left breast mass requiring a large lumpectomy. She required oncoplastic reconstruction (rotation of breast tissue to fill the defect from the tumor removal) on the left side. This is performed in such a way as to resemble a breast reduction at the end of the surgery. A right breast reduction was also performed to improve symmetry. Over 2lbs of breast tissue was removed in total. The procedure also helped in delivering the postoperative radiation due to the smaller breast size.
