I had a right breast masectomy and reconstructive surgery done on the same day 6 months ago because of Breast cancer. I met with Dr. Bogue for a consultation, he took his time in explaining the procedure thoroughly and easy for me to understand. I remember he drew a diagram to show me how the procedure would be perform and answer all of my concerns. I was impressed with his experience and knowledge. Today I am so happy with reconstruction of my right breast. It looks so natural and is even with my left breast. Dr Bogue amazing!!! He delivered exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend him. He has a really awesome staff, very friendly, warm and very helpful.

Several years ago Dr. Bogue did implant reconstruction on me after I had a mastectomy. It was never fully explained to me that the implant would sit so high up and might not drop. After my surgery he walked into my hospital room and examined me and stood there and shrugged. He said I don't know what happened. The implant never dropped and was totally mismatched to my natural breast. He emphasizes the importance of using Alloderm sheets to cover the implant - however not everyone can absorb this into their body - not in my case at least. We talked about another surgery but again all he could say was hopefully the implant will drop. I went to another surgeon who explained under the muscle implants will sit high up because the muscle grabs onto the implant. I had another dr do the 2nd reconstruction and it went very well. I returned to Dr. Bogue after that asking for nipple reconstruction. I explained to him that I did not want the Alloderm sheet because it did not work for me and I needed to find another method with a different type of mesh. His ego was so utterly bruised and he made no effort to conceal this saying if I was unhappy with his work I should stay with the other doctor. He spoke to me trying to humiliate me and unquestionably spoke down to me.....a recovering Cancer patient who has had four surgeries in two years time. My husband and I had noted he had a certain air of arrogance about him years ago. I don't know where the good reviews on the staff come from. The staff consists of one receptionist and one nurse and they are largely disinterested in you and the nurse in particular has a certain air of arrogance. I felt like upon my return visit to this doctor it was as though he was having a miniature tantrum from a bruised ego. Unfortunately in South Florida depending on your insurance the choices of reconstruction surgeons can be very limited.

When choosing a surgeon to take on the responsibility of my procedure, I did my research. From the moment I met Dr. Bogue and his staff I knew this was the team I wanted on my side. I needed care, compassion and confidence. What I got was so much more. I immediately felt at ease discussing my options and choosing the path that best fit my vision on how I expected things to go. Facing Cancer is difficult by itself. Add a pandemic and dealing with restrictions on who can be there as your support system made it even harder. Dr. Bogue and his incredible staff became my "family and my support system" when my family couldn't be in the room with me. They communicated every step of the way with my family outside of the hospital to reassure them that I was in good hands and that everything went beautifully. Another concern was how I would feel about my body after the changes I was facing once deciding to proceed with the double mastectomy. Dr. Bogue did everything possible to make sure that I felt like myself in the end. The results were beyond any expectations I could've hoped for. The level of professionalism and care that Dr. Bogue provides is unmatched. If you are looking for an office that will treat you like family, look no further. Dr. Bogue is who you want and need. I will forever be grateful to have gone through this difficult time in my life with a team that truly cared about me. Dr. Bogue and staff, words will never be enough to express what you have done for me. Thank you for everything.

Two months post breast reduction with Dr Bogue and could not be happier! From my initial consultation, pre op appointment and all my post op visits thus far Dr Bogue and his staff have been nothing but kind, helpful and professional. Not to mention just overall loving my results! 10/10 would recommend Dr Bogue!

I had breast reconstruction with fat graft in June. Dr Bogue explained the surgery, outcome expectations and future necessities carefully before I decided. He was patient and caring.

10 years after having breast cancer, I needed to have my implants replaced. What a difference! No more pain. I wish I knew about Dr. Bogue 10 years ago when I had mastectomy with reconstruction. Truly talented and kind.

Hands down the God of body cosmetic surgery! No complications, no pain at all, fantastic result- better than I could ever imagine. Wonderful personality and super professional attitude of all stuff- everyone is so helpful. Would do again if I had to. THE BEST!
