Case Details

30 year old patient with massive weight loss following a gastric bypass procedure. Her concerns were with the excess abdominal and flank skin and the deflation of her breasts. Goals of surgery were to remove the excess skin around the waist, contour the abdomen and provide fullness in the breasts. Circumferential abdominoplasty performed with liposuction of the abdomen and a breast augmentation with submuscular/dual plane 500cc high profile silicone gel implants.
