Immediate direct to implant reconstruction with submuscular 300cc moderate profile plus implants provided a smaller breast with a natural shape.

73 yo patient with a recurrence of right breast cancer. She had undergone a right lumpectomy with radiation ~30years prior. Due to the previous radiation, decision was made for a latissimus flap reconstruction from the back to replace the radiation skin. The latissimus flap with an expander was performed immediately
