48 yo female with left sided breast cancer. She had a previous breast augmentation and lift. Goals were to decrease the overall breast size if possible. Bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies were planned. A direct to implant breast reconstruction was performed with submuscular 500cc MHB silicone gel implants and dermal matrix support. Breast size was able to be reduced without compromising shape.
