54 yo female with right breast cancer. Plan for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. Her goals were to maintain the same cup size. Reconstruction consisted of a prepectoral (on top of the muscles) implants – 340cc MPB – with acellular dermal matrix (ADM) support. The implants have a slightly fuller appearance in the upper breasts than native breast tissue.
