47 yo woman with BRCA 1+. Plan for bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction. Patient did have previous saline implants. Reconstruction with 400cc MHB implants in the same pocket as her previous implants. The difference in fullness of the upper breasts may be improved with fat transfers as a revision.
