53 year old woman with two previous breast augmentations – 2008 and 2017. She had been experiencing discomfort with her implants and wished to have them removed. She had a recent diagnosis of left breast cancer and opted for a lumpectomy and removal of the implants at the same time. Implants were 350cc MP+ silicone gel implants. After explant, the breasts maintained their natural appearance without distortion.
