51 year old woman with previous saline breast augmentation. Her implants were ~30 years old. She was happy with the general appearance wanting a little more fullness. Previous implants were 300cc, new implants are Mentor HP 330cc overfilled to 380cc. Breast shape maintained with slight improvement in fullness.
