75 year old woman with saline implants that were 45 yo. She wished to remove and replace the implants with fuller silicone gel implants. Rippling was present, particularly with the left implant. Previous implants were 275cc and 300cc saline implants. The reaugmentation also required differential implants – Mentor Boost (gummy bear) MHB 400cc on the R, MHB 435cc on the L. Outcome shows improved upper pole fullness and resolution of rippling.
