Breast Implant Revision – Before & After Case 27

Case Details

54 year old female with 20+ year old silicone implants. Imaging showed bilateral intracapsular ruptures. She wished to replace the implants with fuller implants. Mentor 405cc High Profile Boost implants were placed after removal and washout of the ruptured implants. With the revision, implant position was able to be improved to reduce the gap between the implants.
