52 year old patient with silicone implants from 2006. Recent imaging showed rupture of both implants. In addition, she had capsular contracture with the implants sitting quite high on the chest. She was comfortable with size. Bilateral ruptured 600cc implants were removed, capsulectomies of the scar tissue performed and new 590cc Boost implants were placed.
