42 year old woman with large 560cc Natrelle breast implants. Very uncomfortable at a 34DD bra. She wished to remove her implants altogether. Bilateral implant removal (explant) with removal of the scar capsules as well. After surgery shows loss of fullness, but a natural breast appearance.
