59 year old woman with older implants (37 years) with recent changes. Her right breast implant became firm and elevated. Her goals from surgery were to increase fullness slightly, corrected the firmness, and avoid a lift. Previous implants were flat 300cc silicone gel implants. New implants are Mentor 375cc MHX silicone gel implants. Results show improved implant position, fullness, and symmetry.
