45 year old woman with right breast cancer. She opted for a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy and her goals of reconstruction were to be a bit fuller. Immediate reconstruction with Mentor 400cc MHX silicone gel implants on top of the muscles (prepectoral) was performed. The mastectomies taken on the shape and appearance of the underlying implants resulting in a fuller appearance.
