61 year old woman with a recurrent left breast cancer. She had previously undergone a lumpectomy with radiation. Now, she was anticipating a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. The radiated left breast skin was found to have good blood supply in surgery allowing for a direct to implant reconstruction under the muscles with Mentor 270cc MPX silicone gel implants.
