Case Details
69yo female with a diagnosis of left breast cancer. Treatment required a left skin sparing mastectomy. Reconstruction was performed in stages with an immediate tissue expander placed initially in a prepectoral space (on top of the muscle). Several months later, the expander was exchanged for a 375cc MHB implant and fat transfer to the upper pole. At the time of exchange, an right breast augmentation with a lift was also performed. A 130cc MPB implant was used in the right breast to achieve symmetry in the upper breast with the reconstructed left side.
