54 year old woman with left breast cancer. She had previous saline breast implants which were hard and elevated. Plan for bilateral simple mastectomies. Concern for possible radiation required tissue expander placements. Thankfully, no radiation was necessary and exchange to Mentor 595cc HPX implants and fat transfers was performed.
