Case Details

30 year old patient with massive weight loss following a gastric bypass procedure. She experienced deflation of her breasts. Preoperative size in a bra was a 34C. Her goal was a 34D or DD. Augmentation with Mentor 500cc High Profile silicone gel implants under the muscles in a dual plane via periareolar incisions.
