Breast Implant Revision – Rupture – Before & After Case 03

Case Details

58 year old patient with a previous augmentation of the right breast in the 1970’s for asymmetry. Implant found to be ruptured on imaging. On exam, the right breast implant capsule was also tight. A revision was performed to remove the ruptured implant, remove the tight scar tissue and replace with an appropriately sized new silicone gel implant. The result is a natural appearing symmetric right breast.
