Case Details
59 year old patient with a ruptured silicone implant in the right breast. She was happy with her size, but wanted to improve implant position. Although she exhibited mild ptosis (sagginess), she did not wish to have the scars required to correct. Implant removal and reaugmentation was performed. Internal capsule releases allowed for better implant position and some modest correction in the shape of the breasts.
