Case Details
50 year old patient with a previous augmentation mastopexy ten years prior. She felt her breasts were too large at a 40DD. Plan included decreasing the implant size from 400cc to 200cc and performing a breast lift with small (200g) reductions. Final results are in better proportion with improved shape. Saline implants filled to 200cc.
