37 year old mom with breast deflation after children. Goals were to reestablish fullness in the breasts with a natural appearance. A breast augmentation with submuscular 200cc moderate profile plus implants and circumareolar (donut) lifts. Results are a restoration of breast fullness without a “fake” appearance.
