40 year old mother of two with breast deflation and abdominal skin laxity after pregnancy. She had gained ~70lbs with each child and lost the weight prior to surgery. Her goals were to reestablish breast fullness with a natural appearance and to flatten the abdomen. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with 300cc saline implants, circumareolar lifts, and a full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks.
