Breast Augmentation with Lift – Before & After Case 18

Case Details

25 yo female patient with 36C breasts that dropped after a 35lb weight loss. Her goals were to increase size and lift the breasts while maintain a “natural” appearance. Bilateral breast augmentation with 250cc moderate profile silicone implant in a dual plane (submuscular) was performed. To correct the breast ptosis, circumvertical (lollipop) mastopexies were performed. Results are improved position without too much fullness in the upper breasts.
