Breast Reduction with Implant – Before & After Case 16

Case Details

26 year old patient dissatisfied with her implant size and breast size. She had undergone a breast augmentation 5 years earlier and always felt too large. She was currently wearing a 34DDD bra but preferred to be a 34C. Breast implant revision with removal of 375cc saline implants and placement of 200cc implant helped with the volume, but she also required a reduction of over 1lb of breast tissue to achieve her goals. She felt significantly more proportional following surgery.
