30yo female who had lost 100lbs after a gastric sleeve procedure years prior. She also has had two children. She was interested in improving the appearance of her breasts and trunk. For the breasts, she wore a 38C bra but had lots of skin laxity and deflation. A breast augmentation with 550cc high profile silicone gel implants and a circumareolar mastopexy was performed. For the abdomen, an extended full abdominoplasty to address the excess skin and liposuction of the flanks and back for contouring. Overall results were excellent with a completely new physique.
