60 year female with a history of large weight loss through diet and exercise. Despite a breast reduction earlier in life, patient noted asymmetry and deflation. A breast augmentation with Mentor 240cc and 270cc Xtra MP+ implants provided more fullness and a lift improved symmetry and shape.
