Case Details

55 yo female patient with implants from 2009. At that time she underwent an augmentation with 300cc silicone implants and a lift. After menopause, her breast tissue began to sag off the implants. At this point she simply wanted to remove the implants altogether and lift the breasts. Bilateral total capsulectomies and a anchor scar mastopexies performed.
