Breast Implant Removal – Before & After Case 14

Case Details

34 yo patients with implants for over 12 years. She had been unhappy with the implants since she first had them placed due to discomfort and the feel. She was nervous about removing them for concerns of a deformity to the breasts. Bilateral implant removals were performed with total capsulectomies. She was very pleased with the final results. Of note is a lipoma that can be seen in the right lower chest – this was removed through the breast during scar tissue removal.
