Breast Reduction – Before & After Case 38

Case Details

19 year old female with a previous breast reduction at age 17 using a vertical breast reduction technique. This operation did not remove enough breast tissue and left the lower breast skin excessively long. She presented to our office to reduce her size to a small C and correct the excess skin issues. A breast re-reduction was performed with the addition of an anchor scar. The patient was thrilled with the new size and shape.
