22 year old female with 34DDD breasts and significant back and shoulder discomfort. She wanted to be smaller, but remain a D cup. Breast reduction with 650-700g (1.5lbs) per side. Immediate improvement following surgery.

56 year old female with dissatisfaction with her breast size and position. She wears a 38DDD bra and would prefer to be more proportional. A bilateral breast reduction was performed with removal of 2.5 lbs of tissue. Resulting breast size and shape is more proportional for the patient.

67 year old female presented for a cosmetic breast reduction. Her breasts were very ptosis and uncomfortable. Although not covered by insurance, the improvement in her daily life was substantial. A bilateral breast reduction reduced the size but more importantly corrected breast position.
