35 year old woman with a previous breast augmentation presented to my office because her implants had migrated out of position. Correction of the implant malposition required new implants, internal repositioning, and a breast lift for long term support. Her implants are Mentor smooth, round moderate profile plus silicone gel implants. 325cc on the right and 300cc on the left. The breast lift required an anchor scar to remove all of the excess skin to properly position the breasts.
