55 year old patient presented for a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Despite diet and exercise, she could not improve the appearance of her abdomen. She wanted more of a waistline and a flatter abdomen without the overhanging skin. Surgery consisted of a full abdominoplasty with liposuction. Final results show an improved waistline with a flatter abdomen and resolution of the hanging skin.
