64 year old female with excess skin and fat in the abdomen and asymmetric, large breasts. Her goals were to remove and contour the abdomen. A full abdominoplasty with liposuction was performed. For the breasts, a reduction from a 36D to a 36C was performed. Patient felt much more comfortable in clothing and more proportional overall.
