64 year old woman with excess abdominal skin, abdominal fullness, and flank fat. A full abdominoplasty with liposuction of the flanks and correction of the bulging. Skin redundancy is eliminated, the waist now has a smooth contour, and the bulging in the central abdomen is gone.
