Case Details

75 year old patient with left breast DCIS and severe macromastia and ptosis. Underwent a large resection of the left breast. Oncoplastic reduction (free nipple grafting) performed concurrently. Patient with significant improvement of her back and neck pain. Minimal post radiation changes to the left breast.
