Breast Reconstruction – Oncoplastic – Before & After Case 54

Case Details

65 yo female patient with a diagnosis of right breast DCIS. Plan for tumor removal was through a large (>5cm) lumpectomy. A concurrent breast reduction was planned to address the defect that would be left from the lumpectomy as well as properly size and position the breasts prior to radiation therapy. The preoperative markings are seen in the photos and the “seed” locates the tumor position. Radiation changes to the right side are evident in the After photos.
