Case Details

64 year old patient with a previous left breast lumpectomy and radiation, now with recurrence. She required a left mastectomy. Given the previous radiation, a latissimus dorsi flap was designed with a skin paddle to replace the areola. Design of the flap and the final scar are shown. Final reconstruction with left 405cc moderate classic silicone implant and areolar tattoo on the latissimus skin paddle. Right breast augmentation mastopexy with a 300cc high profile implant for symmetry.
