Breast Reconstruction – Implant Based – Before & After Case 19

Case Details

62 year old patient with a new right breast cancer. She had previous left breast cancer and a failed implant reconstruction in 1999. Plan was for a right mastectomy. She wished to reconstruction both breasts. An immediate expander reconstruction was performed on the right side and a delayed expander on the left side. Final implants were 700cc high profile silicone gel implants. Nipple reconstruction are seen in the after photos.
