Breast Reconstruction – Latissimus & Implant – Before & After Case 20

Case Details

41 year old patient with a new diagnosis of right breast cancer. She had a previous left breast cancer treated with mastectomy and radiation without reconstruction. Opting for a right mastectomy. She wished to reconstruct both breasts. A two-stage expander to implant reconstruction was performed on the right and a delayed latissimus with implant on the left. Overall, good symmetry for a particularly challenging case.
