Breast Reconstruction – Implant Based – Before & After Case 21

Case Details

51 year old patient with left breast cancer. Patient had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies. Required left post-mastectomy radiation therapy. Two-stage expander to implant reconstruction. Final implants are 450cc high profile silicone gel implants under the muscles. The radiation changes to the left breast can be seen – the implant appears tighter and higher than the right side.
