Breast Reconstruction – Implant Based – Before & After Case 22

Case Details

61 yo female with right breast cancer. She originally had a lumpectomy with positive margins. She chose to have a bilateral mastectomy. Reconstruction consisted of a two-stage expander to implant reconstruction under the muscles. Final implants were 700cc ultra high silicone gel implants. Rippling can be seen in the upper poles and could be addressed with a more cohesive implant and fat transfer.
