32 yo female with a diagnosis of left breast cancer. Patient opted for bilateral mastectomies – left skin sparing, right nipple sparing. Reconstruction in two-stages with expanders then implants. Final implants are 600cc high profile silicone gel. Excellent symmetry achieved.
