Breast Reconstruction – Oncoplastic Reduction – B&A Case 37

Case Details

53 yo female with right breast cancer and large breasts. She was undergoing a right lumpectomy. A reduction mammoplasty was performed to reconstruction the defect in the right breast from the tumor removal while also reducing breast size and improving her symptoms of back pain. She required whole breast radiation to the right side. The resulting contracture of the right breast from the radiation is evident.
