Breast Implant Removal with Reduction – Before & After Case 02

Case Details

43 yo female with previous breast augmentation and lift. Her breast size was a 36DD. She was experiencing a left breast capsular contracture. At this point she simply wanted to remove the implants altogether and reduce her breast size to a full B. Bilateral capsulectomies and implant removals with anchor scar breast reductions were performed. Two pounds of breast tissue removed. Patient was happy with her results and the decreased weight of her breasts.
