Case Details

38 yo female with a history of breast augmentation with saline implants and a lift. She was unhappy with the size and weight of her breasts. A bilateral breast implant removal (explant) and capsule removal was performed in addition to a breast reduction. The final results are much more proportional and more comfortable for the patient.
