Breast Reconstruction – Implant Based – Before & After Case 53

Case Details

48 year old patient with left breast cancer requiring a mastectomy. There was concern for possible radiation therapy following mastectomy and as such an expander was placed at the time of the nipple sparing mastectomy. Thankfully, she did not require radiation. The patient did not want to operate on the right side. To try and match the right A cup breast as closely as possible, a 300cc moderate classic implant was used. The final results demonstrates mild asymmetry.
